Hello. I’d suggest you wait for 24 hours to see if the money gets to the receiver or it gets refunded back to your palmpay account.
If non of these happens within 24 hours you should log a complain to customer care from within the palmpay app.
If you have any additional questions, ask and I’ll respond asap
