Step 1: Log in on Palmpay app
Step 2: click on the loan tab below the app homepage
Step 3: you will find your overdue loan. Below it you will find a button to extend your loan.
Step 4: Click on the button and follow the instructions that follows.
If the option is available to you, you should be able to extend your repayment date.
Note that, you can extend your loan only once. Therefore, you have to pay back unfailingly on the new date.
