I Transferred 5,000 to a customer at about 10:28pm on the 29th, November, 2023 and I received a Debit alert in which the 5k was deducted from my Account meanwhile the customer has not receive credit alert up till today 1st December, 2023. Kindly treat this issue immediately because it has become an embarrassment to me.

    Below is the message from Stanbic bank yesterday but I don’t know if it was concerning the transaction error.

My is Ejemeni Akarisi David, I did my BVN capturing in Stanbic IBTC bank in Gwagwalada Abuja branch, they mistakenly take my firstname to my surname and my surname to my firstname, I went to my other banks to do some transactions, I was told to go back to where I did BVN capturing to correct the mistake, when I got to IBTC bank gwagwalada Abuja branch, I was told to provide court affidavit and newspaper publication and other documents, which I did and summited to them on Friday 15th September, 2023 till now today is 23rd September, the name is still reading Akarisi Ejemeni, which supposed to be Ejemeni Akarisi David. I have been going they, their keep on telling me to give them time. Please I need help to enable me do other bank transactions. My A/c no xxxxx.
