    I have reach out your lines for a complaint concerning a Transaction that was done on the 17th of March but no responce. One of your agents with ID (removed) Transferred N20,000 from DOTPAY POS to my fidelity bank on the 17th of March 2023. Uptill now i have not gotten the credit. The ref no is (removed).
